Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days with a photo and we’ll arrange a replacement for you.

Exchanges

Because our products are personalised, we don’t offer refunds — but if there’s a mistake on our end, we’ll happily replace your item.

Cancellations

Cancellations are only accepted in special circumstances and may include a small fee. If we haven’t started your order yet, we’ll do our best to help.

Missing Orders

If you chose standard shipping, your order won’t include tracking. If your parcel is returned to us, we can resend it (postage may apply)

Hey, I'm Kellyanne, the heart and hands behind KA Designs.

For over 7 years, I worked as a newborn and family photographer, capturing some of life’s most precious moments. Over time, I realised that what I loved most was the art of editing, turning simple photos into something truly special. So, I decided to follow that passion and KA Designs was born.

Now, I create personalised illustration prints designed to celebrate the people, pets, and milestones you treasure most. From family portraits and wedding memories to festive Christmas gifts and beloved pets, every piece is thoughtfully crafted and finished with care.

I’m a wife and proud mum of three, two years ago, my family and I made the exciting move to Scotland, where we now live by the sea. Its total bliss.

At KA Designs my goal is simple: to take your special moments and turn them into beautiful keepsakes you can cherish forever because the little details often make the biggest memories.
