Shipping Policy

Processing & Turnaround Times

  • Most of our products are personalised, so our standard processing time is 7–10 working days (excludes weekends & bank holidays).

  • Unpersonalised items may ship sooner.

  • During busy periods, like Christmas, processing times may be slightly longer.

UK Delivery

  • All items are sent via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class.

  • Estimated delivery: 1–3 working days after dispatch.

  • If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 10 days of shipment, please email us.

    We’ll:

    1. Confirm your delivery address.

    2. Allow extra time in case of Royal Mail delays.

    3. If it still hasn’t arrived, we’ll contact Royal Mail to investigate and advise on next steps.

     

     

International Orders

All orders placed outside the UK will be sent as a digital download via email.

 

 

Missing Parcels & Returned Orders

  • If your item doesn’t arrive and gets returned to us, we’ll contact you to confirm your address.

  • We can:

    • Resend your order (postage may apply)

     

  • Full refunds are not available as time and materials are used to create your products.

Incorrect Address Provided

  • If incorrect details are entered at checkout, you’ll be responsible for re-ordering.

  • We’ll provide you with a discount code so you can reorder quickly and affordably.

Standard vs. Tracked Shipping

  • Standard Shipping → NOT tracked. If your parcel goes missing, you’ll need to pay postage to resend it.

  • Tracked Shipping → Recommended for peace of mind! You’ll receive tracking details so you can follow your order every step of the way.

For over 7 years, I worked as a newborn and family photographer, capturing some of life’s most precious moments. Over time, I realised that what I loved most was the art of editing, turning simple photos into something truly special. So, I decided to follow that passion and KA Designs was born.

Now, I create personalised illustration prints designed to celebrate the people, pets, and milestones you treasure most. From family portraits and wedding memories to festive Christmas gifts and beloved pets, every piece is thoughtfully crafted and finished with care.

I’m a wife and proud mum of three, two years ago, my family and I made the exciting move to Scotland, where we now live by the sea. Its total bliss.

At KA Designs my goal is simple: to take your special moments and turn them into beautiful keepsakes you can cherish forever because the little details often make the biggest memories.
