Returns & Replacements Policy 

We want you to love your order! If something’s not right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days with a photo and we’ll arrange a replacement for you.

Exchanges

Because our products are personalised, we don’t offer refunds — but if there’s a mistake on our end, we’ll happily replace your item.

Cancellations

Cancellations are only accepted in special circumstances and may include a small fee. If we haven’t started your order yet, we’ll do our best to help.

Missing Orders

If you chose standard shipping, your order won’t include tracking. If your parcel is returned to us, we can resend it (postage may apply)
